AS a fur mother to eleven canines, actress Kathryn Bernardo is elated that San Miguel Corporation (SMC) is now taking good care of the stray canines that have been stranded within the city of Bulakan.
“I’m proud of the San Miguel family for taking care of the dogs that were stranded in Bulacan,”stated Bernardo, who apart from being a model ambassador of the corporate’s personal Nutrichunks model of pet food ,can be an endorser of well-known San Miguel Corporation manufacturers San Miguel Foods’ Magnolia Ice Cream and San Mig Coffee Crema White.
After studying that these canines have been left behind, SMC initially despatched Nutrichunks pet food to feed the estimated 70 canines scattered throughout at Barangay Taliptip, future web site of SMC’s Manila International Airport mission.
With the assistance of Animal Kingdom Foundation, a complete of 53 canines have been rescued since November 16 and transferred to the AKF facility in Capas, Tarlac. Around 20 canines are set to be rescued within the coming days.
The canines that have been dropped at the AKF facility in Tarlac will bear spaying, neutering, and veterinary remedy earlier than AKF and SMC will begin discovering new properties for them.
Bernardo earlier thanked SMC, headed by its president and chief working officer Ramon S. Ang for serving to create jobs and enterprise alternatives in Central Luzon, together with her house province Nueva Ecija with the development of the Manila International Airport and the Bulacan Airport City Freeport Zone.
